Returns & Care - The Vanaweava Promise

At Vanaweava, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to be part of your everyday journey. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right - simply and fairly.


A Thoughtful Return Window

We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with all tags, packaging and inclusions intact

Each return is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets our quality standards.


A Note on Returns

To maintain the integrity of our products, returns are assisted and subject to a nominal fee.

If you prefer, you may also choose to ship the product back to us directly - our team will guide you through the process.


In Case Something Isn’t Perfect

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, we request a clear unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package being opened
  • The condition of the product upon arrival

In such cases, we’ll ensure a swift resolution at no additional cost to you.


Refunds, Seamlessly

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 working days.

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method or bank transfer
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • The request is raised outside the return window
  • A damage/defect claim is made without an unboxing video
