How do I care for my jute tote?

Can I wash my jute bag?

We recommend avoiding machine or hand washing, as excess water can weaken the fibres and affect the structure.

Instead, use a dry or slightly damp cloth / wet wipes to clean the surface gently.

What if my bag gets wet?

If your bag comes into contact with moisture, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated space.

Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources, as they may cause fading or stiffness.

How should I store my bag?

Store your tote in a cool, dry place, preferably in a dust bag or breathable cover.

Avoid folding it for long periods to help maintain its shape.

Can jute bags lose shape over time?

With regular use, natural fibres may soften slightly—this is part of their character. To maintain structure, avoid overloading the bag and store it properly when not in use.

How do I remove stains?

For minor spots, gently dab the area with a slightly damp cloth / wet wipes. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking, as they may damage the material.

Will the bag shed fibres?

As a natural material, jute may occasionally shed fine fibres, especially when new. This is normal and reduces with use.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

All orders are confirmed and processed upon successful prepaid payment through our secure payment gateways. We accept a range of trusted online payment methods to ensure a smooth and secure checkout experience.

During periods of high demand, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended - but we’ll always keep you informed.

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges once orders are dispatched.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted and produced in limited quantities and we encourage customers to review product details, dimensions and finishes carefully before completing their purchase.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re here to fix it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, kindly share an unboxing video showing the package being opened and the product condition.

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • The request is raised outside the return window
  • A damage/defect claim is made without an unboxing video
Are returns free?

Returns are assisted and subject to a nominal fee. You may also choose to self-ship the product.
